1)Our product uses pure copper coils that can be continuously heated, avoiding production delays caused by machine issues. It can be used with peace of mind and has been inspected by customers .
2) The induction heater consists of a dry cooling and self cooling power frequency induction heating device and a control device. The control box is manufactured according to the IEC4390076 standard, and the host is insulated at level B.
3) The skeleton is made of glass fiber epoxy board, and the wire is made of double glass fiber copper flat wire. The stability assessment should be conducted by powering on for 5 minutes at 2000V, and the insulation resistance should be greater than 2M Ω at this time.
4) Considering that the temperature rise of the heated workpiece far exceeds the allowable temperature rise of Class B insulation, other insulation measures were adopted in addition to anti thermal radiation technology during the design.
5) The host casing is made of 304 stainless steel plate, which is less affected by magnetic fields.
