These products are widely used in metallurgy, mining, textiles, papermaking, petrochemicals, power, and mining industries. We also have some products similar to S.K. products. Advantages: 1) Our product utilizes continuously heated pure copper coils, eliminating production delays caused by machine issues. It can be used with confidence and has been inspected by customers. 2) The induction heater consists of a dry-cooled self-cooling power-frequency induction heating unit and a control unit. The control box is manufactured in accordance with the IEC 439-0076 standard, and the main unit features Class B insulation. 3) The skeleton is made of fiberglass epoxy board, and the conductors are composed of double fiberglass copper flat wires. Stability assessment should be conducted by applying power at 2000V for 5 minutes, during which the insulation resistance must exceed 2MΩ. 4) Considering that the temperature rise of the heated workpiece far exceeds the allowable temperature rise for Class B insulation, additional insulation measures were implemented during the design process, in addition to employing heat radiation-resistant technology. 5) The host housing is made of 304 stainless steel plate and is less affected by magnetic fields. 6) The H-type induction heater consists of three sets of coil windings combined with capacitor compensation, equivalent to the working efficiency of three conventional induction heaters. 7) The warranty period is approximately 18 months, which is longer than that of typical companies.
