ARC Welding Stud

Arc Welding Stud is applied in the Boiler factory , Steel and bridge Construction ,high-rise steel-framed structures, industrial buildings, steel bridges construction welding, transportation facilities and other types of steel structures projects. Our ARC Stud as well as Nelson stud and Koco studs specification ,they have same high quality,same functions . And can be weld by Nelson stud welder and Koco stud welder without any problem. ISO13918:2008 , AWSD 1.1, BS5400 etc standards are all available.
It could be weld with Short Cycle welding ,or Long Cycle Welding (need ceramic ferrule protection ) .The Ceramic ferrules are made of cordierite and able to withstand heat shock as well as high temperatures without melting or breaking.
