Our ARC Stud as well as Nelson stud and Koco studs specification ,they have same high quality,same functions . And can be weld by Nelson stud welder and Koco stud welder without any problem. ISO13918:2008 , AWSD 1.1, BS5400 etc standards are all available. It could be weld with Short Cycle welding ,or Long Cycle Welding (need ceramic ferrule protection ) .The Ceramic ferrules are made of cordierite and able to withstand heat shock as well as high temperatures without melting or breakingup . |
